Your email campaigns are running, but do they really engage?

Your campaigns are running, but are you really sending the right message to the right person at the right time? Many teams pile up campaigns without an overall vision, underuse their customer data and struggle to show the impact on value, satisfaction and loyalty, or the return on their marketing automation tool.

This workshop starts again from your customers (their lifecycle, needs and behaviour) to build a consistent relationship marketing strategy of personalised marketing campaigns you can activate.

My 5-step method

I have combined my long experience in personalised campaigns and customer relationship management with the agility of the Design Sprint. The result: two days and a step-by-step method to define or improve your relationship campaigns and show their impact on your results.

Audit
Review your data, current campaigns and tools
Step 2
Lifecycle
Map the key stages and the related needs
Step 3
Plan
Define priority campaigns for each stage
Step 4

Frequently asked questions

What is a personalised campaign?

A personalised (one-to-one) campaign is a communication sent to a specific segment or individual, triggered by a behaviour or a stage in the customer lifecycle. Unlike mass campaigns, it uses customer data to adapt the message, the channel and the timing.

What is the difference between a personalised campaign and a mass campaign?

A mass campaign sends the same message to the whole database. A personalised campaign relies on segmentation and behavioural data to send the right message to the right person at the right time, which significantly improves engagement and loyalty.

Do you implement the scenarios in our marketing automation tool?

No. The workshop focuses on defining your strategy and designing your scenarios. You leave with clear, structured deliverables, ready for your teams to set up in your tool. Technical implementation stays on your side.

What is the difference between this workshop and the training course?

The workshop is production-oriented: in two days, you leave with your strategy defined, your campaigns built and your scenarios ready to implement. The training course explains the concepts, methods and tools so your teams build their skills and can act independently. The two are complementary.

Is our marketing automation tool compatible with the workshop?

Yes. The workshop is tool-agnostic. Whether you use Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp or any other tool, the methodology applies in the same way. What matters is having a well-defined strategy and scenarios; the tool is only the means of executing them.
