Design Thinking Bootcamp
One day to discover a way of innovating that starts from your customers, not from internal assumptions. On a practical case, you go through the five stages of Design Thinking: interview a user, pin down their real need, come up with solutions, build a prototype and test it. You leave with the method and tools to reuse the very next day.
The problem you recognise
Course content
You discover the five stages of Design Thinking by working on a practical case. You are guided step by step, and prototyping materials are provided.
STAGE 1
Empathise — understand before you create
You observe and interview a user to uncover their real needs, beyond what they say they want.
STAGE 2
Define — frame the right problem
You synthesise your findings into a clear point of view: the real problem to solve.
STAGE 3
Ideate — generate without censorship
Structured brainstorming: you produce as many ideas as possible, then select the most promising.
STAGE 4
Prototype — make the idea tangible
In a few minutes, you build a light prototype, just enough to be tested.
STAGE 5
Test — learn from user feedback
You present your prototype to a user and gather immediate feedback to iterate.
What you gain

A complete method, experienced first-hand
You go through the five phases of Design Thinking in real conditions, not in theory.
Empathy as a reflex
You learn to observe and understand your users before looking for solutions.
A prototype in your hands
By the end of the session, you have made an idea real: testable, tangible, reusable.
Format & logistics
Ideally an even number

Frequently asked questions
What is a bootcamp?
A bootcamp is an intensive, highly practical training course: the opposite of a lecture. You learn by doing, on a real challenge, at a brisk pace. In one day, you experience the essentials of the method rather than hearing it explained.
Do you need a background in design or creativity?
No. The Bootcamp is designed for teams with no prior experience. Learning happens through practice, on a concrete, accessible challenge.
What kind of challenge will we work on?
A standard challenge: simple, universal, deliberately chosen so everyone can relate to it immediately. The goal is not to solve a real business problem, but to learn the method in the right conditions.
Is one day enough to really understand the method?
Yes, as long as you practise it rather than listen to it. In one day, you go through all five phases and leave with a real prototype. It is the experience, not the lecture, that makes the method stick. The Advanced Design Thinking course lets you master the specific tools of each phase.
