Design Sprint Workshop
Five days to go from a challenge that is going nowhere to a solution tested by real customers. Understand, ideate, decide, prototype, test: each day has its goal, and on the last day, your customers react to the prototype. You decide what comes next based on their feedback, not on assumptions. A method created by Google Ventures, which I facilitate from start to finish.
Your team is going round in circles on a strategic challenge, and meetings are no longer enough.
Some challenges get bogged down. Meetings pile up, decisions are delayed, and meanwhile the market won’t wait. The Design Sprint is a radical answer to this problem: in five days of intensive, structured work, your team defines the problem, generates solutions, prototypes the most promising idea and tests it with real users. No theory, just results.
What you leave with: an aligned team and a tested, validated prototype.
In five days, you go from a fuzzy challenge to a concrete, validated answer: a prototype tested with real users, first-hand learning about what works and what doesn’t, and an aligned team ready for the next step.

Frequently asked questions
What is a Design Sprint?
The Design Sprint is a method created by Google Ventures to solve a complex challenge in five structured days: understanding the problem, ideation, prototyping and user testing. It is a fast alternative to traditional development cycles.
What kinds of challenges is a Design Sprint suited to?
It is particularly well suited to challenges related to customer experience, launching new products or services, improving a process, or any situation where a team must make an important decision under high uncertainty.
Do you need design skills to take part?
No. The Design Sprint is accessible to all profiles. A diverse group is actually an asset: marketing, technical, business, leadership.
How many people should take part?
The ideal team is 5 to 7 people, with a maximum of 12, and a decision-maker present all week. I facilitate all five days.
Why is testing with 5 users enough?
UX research (Nielsen) shows that 5 user tests identify 85% of a prototype’s major problems. That is enough to make an informed decision on next steps.
What if you finally unblocked what has been stuck for too long?
Let’s discuss your challenge, and I’ll tell you whether a Design Sprint is the right approach.
